Due to the digital nature of our courses, coaching programs, training materials, recorded videos, and downloadable resources, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

1. Duplicate payment made accidentally.
2. Payment successfully completed but course access was not provided.
3. Technical issues from our side preventing course delivery.

Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

• The student has already accessed course materials.
• The student changes their mind after purchase.
• The student fails to attend live sessions.
• The student does not complete the course.
